Accuracy is one of them.

Normal units have 30% accuracy in regular attacks, and 20% accuracy in siege attacks.

  • The ability Marksmanship on your units, makes that 40% resp. 30%.
  • The ability Siege on your units, makes it 30% resp. 30%.
  • The ability Swift on your opponents units, makes that 20% resp. 10%.
