Adds 10% Accuracy to ALL friendly Elf units. This effect is fixed regardless of Spell Level or magic specialty of the caster.
Notes
This spell is most commonly used by green mages running heavy High Elves, but it also benefits Druids, Elven Archers, Elven Magicians, and the Nether unit Dark Elf Magician.
