Effects

Reduces the accuracy of all units on both sides by 10%.

Very good when combined with Fog Cloud or Blinding Flash.

Legendary Artificer skill decreases the amount of accuracy penalty for the one who uses the item rather than increasing the accuracy penalty of the opponent.
