Missing Links

Fixed: Ancient Spells in introduction better mentioned

Signed Groentje

- Not all "Simple/Complex/Ultimate" terms are linked either (may want to do that just for consistency)

Signed Alz (if I notice anything else I'll mention it)

-- yeah i try not to link it everytime: --- linked on first mention in each section, --- linked in sum-ups in the text. --- linked in bulleted list

--- not linked in remainder of the text of a section

Flame Shield description is misleading

Flame shield will trigger against any attack that isn't ranged, magic or psychic, not just melee and holy. It might also only trigger vs primary attacks, but I don't quite remember.

Minor Errors Noticed
