Increases Primary and Counter AP of all your units by 3% + 1%/lvl.

Since many units, especially ultimates, have most of their power in their Secondary attack, which this ability does not affect, it is less effective than it might be.

Only one instance of Valor, the highest from your heroes, can be applied to your army at a time. But it is still worthwhile to have multiple heroes due to their other abilities, their individual attacks, and their effects on efficiency.
