It appeared to give '''+50% resistance to lightning attack''' (actual % resistance not confirmed) to all units in addition to '''+50% boost to primary attack power''' for units with any sort of lightning attack ability (AE, titan, astral magician, and djinni got it). Fun item for blue and white mages! (Source: Trojan)

Thunder Blade nerfed by 40% in May 2010 and now affects secondary attack power too [http://www.the-reincarnation.com/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=26638] 
Thunder Blade nerfed by 50% in February 2011 [http://www.the-reincarnation.com/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=28154] 
Now should only have 15% boost for primary and secondary attack for units with lightning attack.

Slay ability has been redesigned. It now lowers the stack kill percentage required to kill a hero. The formula is 20% + 5% per level. So a level 17 Assassin (level 4 slay skill) would have a 40% reduction to the needed kill percentage. In other words if they kill at least 60% of the paired stack then the hero leading that stack will be slain.

*Gives your units 100% Fire Resistance, and gives them the ability [[Bursting]] Fire. Burst is triggered by all attack types except [[magic]], [[psychic]], and [[ranged]], and can be triggered multiple times.

Damage done is the same as any other [[Bursting]] effect.

Each stack will only burst once per battle.
(On BETA my Hydra bursted 6 times...)
