According to the present description, the bonus should have been 19 % (or 21 %, it's formulated a bit confusingly) from the valor and then some (0,67 %) from the LC.<br /> <br /> The seen effect would be explicable if the valor effect actually was 21 % and the LC effect was 1 %.
