This blade suppost to give your unit electricity attack.

I did not see any lightning attack added to my units. It appeared to give +50% resistance to lightning attack to all units in addition to +50% boost to primary attack power for units with any sort of lightning attack ability (AE and djinni got it). Fun item for blue mages!
