- Piercing is then appplied.This means any unit attacked by piercing ability will at most have 90% resistance.
e.g
werebears attacking brooched leviathans.
Werebears have melee type attack
leviathans have 95% melee resistance
brooch adds 50% melee resistance for a total of 145% melee resistance
resistance is then capped at 100%
Piercing ability applies which reduces final resistance to 90%.
