This is when you get hit while you are online.
This is a part of the game and you will definately face it sooner or later.
Try an outdamaging strategy so when you are at max turns you can do your attacking run while in Damaged status.
If your status is Active then you may get hit while online.
To minimise damage and protect your land, do not disband all your units to MP Charge/Geld/Summon/ etc. This kind of effecieny seeking involves the risk of gettign hit without a defense. If you do get onlined now then you deserve it and must pay the consequenses.
Instead disband your expensive troops and keep whatever you think can defend your hard earned land.
If you are ranked high then don't be too greedy. Many people are watching the top ranks and they will notify their guildmates for a BBQ followed by all the coutners you gave out, wasting weeks of work.
Also have 10 or so different browsers open. One for each of the main tasks (Disband, Build, MP Charge, etc) will allow you to manage your kingdom much faster than if you were using only one browser. If you use mozilla Firefox then you don't need different browsers but only different tabs which does not slow your computer down.
Hope this helps,
