It appeared to give +50% resistance to lightning attack (actual % resistance not confirmed) to all units in addition to +50% boost to primary attack power for units with any sort of lightning attack ability (AE, titan, astral magician, and djinni got it). Fun item for blue and white mages! (Source: Trojan)
