Basically, this item gives a specific amount of Chimera, Hellhounds, Salamanders or Hydras. The numbers are: 50 chimera, 50 hydras, 100 hellhounds or 100 salamanders. You only get one out of the four per turn you take.

-Apparently it's giving units on every turns (not every 4 as stated above). This is on Apparentice server BTW.
