Paralyse is an attack type typical of Nether units, such as Ghouls, Wraith, Unholy Reavers and Vampires. Paraluzed units are inable to counter attack, much like units struck by RANGED attacks.
Paralysis does not trigger BURSTING as long as not paired with an attack type that does.
