for arch server: when using a treasuremap

You begin using the item Treasure Map. The treasure map shows a path into a mage's kingdom, marked 'Dyza (#116)'. Written in nearly faded ink above the drawing are the words, 'Skull Ring.' You finished using the item Treasure Map on yourself. The item Treasure Map is destroyed after use.
