I received a lvl 19 Illusionist. However I also had Legendary Artificer at lvl 7. Not sure if that affects uniques. If it doesn't, then this item gives you the potential for higher levels than the black market.

Fy: I received a lvl 19 Sage. Without Legendary Artificer, just Spell Mastery lvl 7.

You begin using the item Love Potion #9. Merlin Sage is now under your command. You finished using the item Love Potion #9 on yourself. The item Love Potion #9 is destroyed after use.

GP: I just use it on december 21 2008 , i receive a lvl 16 Dragon Knight Spell Mastery Lv 4 I guess it is not alway giving the higher levels hero than we can buy in the BM
