Feet of hermes is more powerfull in defense with a mono stack than this
MikeClough: I don't agree with this. Charm means attacks are 50% as effective (and counters). Swift gives your enemy -10 accuracy, or an average of -33.3% damage, vs charm with -50%. Also, alot of the units you would use for a blue mono stack already have swift. There would be some conditions where swift is better,for example, if you were trying to reduce enemy accuracy beyond 0.
