Effect

Used to review some info of the targetted player. Info can be the some armies units they have, amount of building they have etc, but the info reviewed is totally random, and usually the info is quite useless. The higher the spell level, the more info to be reviewed.

Note

I used it mainly on allies as they usually don't mind, and it's good on knowing what's going on with them. However, it's mp intensive if used overtime. Even worst, if you are not a phanasm mage, the change of failure is considerablily high and does not really worth casting. If you have a crystal ball, it's better to use the item instead as crystal ball don't cost you mana.

I used both crystal ball and this spell. I cannot tell which one's better. I need clarification for that.

Also note that it does not always slow your own user name in his/her ally list even you are his/her ally, but sometimes it does.
