Effect
Used to review some info of the targetted player. Info can be the some armies units they have, amount of building they have etc, but the info reviewed is totally random, and usually the info is quite useless. The higher the spell level, the more info to be reviewed.
Here's the effect of me casting the spell on my ally (my spell level: 506)

I used both crystal ball and this spell. I cannot tell which one's better. I need clarification for that. If I get hold of another crystal ball, I'll compare it with this spell.
