Resurrection has since been updated taking into light the following BRs and some knowledge gained.
Res is hard capped at a unit number depending on two factors: Color & SL. White, at full (or higher) SL seem to have the cap in the 30s. Blue @ 589 are capped at 11. As long as you are at/under the cap, the spell will resurrect 50% of units, regardless of color.
Test Cases
I believe the Wiki is inaccurate and Resurrection does not bring back a flat 30% of units. Also, it seems to react with the unit ability Healing in an interesting way. Offcolor, it gets more interesting.
As a 589 blue (conc), casting only Resurrection in 2 separate battles:

It seems to Res 50% on ultimate units - that much seems fairly certain. Isn't it interesting that it seems to Res 11 units each time on the MRs and DJ? Possible hard cap? In other BRs (as blue) when using SMC + Res the totals are much higher (~70 DJ out of 250 killed). I do not think SMC can account for 60 DJ.

30.7% - 30.7% should have been covered by the unit's own healing ability, therefore Resurrection had no effect?
