Tactical Hints: Extremely powerful units due to high ini and flame burst. Flame burst alone can wreak havoc on certain units.
Bursting is only triggered against certain units! Phoenix-on-the-ground (Call Hurricane) bursts a lot - but can also damage it self doing so!
