This small, red hot keg is full of powder and will blow out fire upon command . Area of effect: all enemy units

Effects
- Deals 0 base FIRE damage to all enemy units. Damage done is to each individual stack, so you will do more damage if the enemy has 10 full stacks as compared to a single stack. Deals further damage approximately equal to (1.5 * # units), with some randomness, to each stack.
- Reduces the Primary Attack and Counter Attack of all enemy units by 5%.
