and get free voice/op at DMW channel

Well, it may happen that you enter the channel and everyone is asleep, and you can't speak because the channel is moderated or need to set something in the topic that needs urgent attention.

For that you could not do because you had not a registered channel nick.

Please get a registered channel nick. I will teach how to do so now:

/MSG NS REGISTER e-mail

So if i'm Princess_ i would go and register my nick by puting on prompt

/msg ns register princesa_diana@aol.com

After that you will receive a email with a password.

When you login to irc you'll have to write this line

/MSG NS@services.galaxynet.org AUTH rnick password

So because Princess_ was no dumb, she added the line to his startup irc scripts which looked like that:

/msg ns@services.galaxynet.org auth Princess_ dh3!kd33

Now because the password was dificult to memorize Princess_ eventually decided to change it after authenticating with the command:

/MSG NS PASS old_password new_password

so he wrote

/msg ns pass dh3!kd33 mypasswd1.

Easy right?

So everyone do it!

After that you can ask to get an autoop from Q once you enter the channel (i know you always wanted that)
