It's 0% spell failure. As green, I cast off color spells under confuse, no spell failure. I even bought The Wall of Silence and cast. Still no spell failure. I will update again if I do see a spell failure. - Jello Machine Time: Fri May 9 07:11:37 2014

  • Reduces the chance of spell casting failure
    • The actual bonus to casting success is 200%
      • This essentially pushes the success chance for all spells past 100%, making failure impossible
  • Multiplies the cost of dispelling spells by .80
    • Example: If the cost of dispelling a spell was 100,000 mp. The Archmage Strategic Guide would reduce the dispel cost down to 80,000 mp
