This whip is made up of a lot of small pieces of enchanted metal tied in a metal cord. Upon a command word, all pieces of metal will combine into a sword which looks very much like a spine. It has the power of neutralizing magic of most kind, thus granting the bearer much resistance against any spell. However, the neutralizing effect is so good that sometimes it causes your own magic to fizzle too.
