The scepter is made of a strange black metal. It has the size of a normal mace. A skull is crafted at one end while a barbed tail projects from the other end. It was crafted in the Ages of Wonder when powerful archmages still roamed Terra. Those who possesses the scepter will appear like old time emperor to their vassals, making them work and fight more efficiently.
