Effects
Tested it during the last resets on both ArchWar and Solo server, where the only observed effect was to increase "Battle Participation Bonus Xp" by +100% for battle heroes (effectively gaining double of the normal amount), whenever they participate in battles.
No wondrous effects as purportedly described by the previous testers.

Obsolete
Seems to increase HP during defense. I have only received 1 attack since i got it and as i am running mono Chimeras, the HP increase to 2640 which is 20% increase. Will input more after my run.
Has been confirmed that during defense,a 20% increase for all units. Guess how it can help me when i summon my Red Dragons. Ero - Mar 2010
