This blade suppost to give your unit electricity attack.

I did not see any lightning attack added to my units. It appeared to give +50% resistance to lightning attack to all units in addition to +50% boost to primary attack power for units with any sort of lightning attack ability (AE and djinni got it). Fun item for blue mages! (Source: Trojan)
This item works suprisingly well for white mages as well, i have it on solo, and i'm actually top stacking Djinni with it lol. Astral Magicians also get even more vicious with this thing. White and blue can both easily abuse this unique, just throwing that out there lol (Source: Mezameta)
