History
- This
skill replaced the Barrier Proficiency as the
skill in December-January 2006-2007. - Barrier Proficiency at that time became a
skill, and its workings were also changed. - The replacement probably had something to do with the spell-level effect on barriers being removed between original skill design (late 2004) and reintroduction of skills (halfway 2006).
