Unique Item Effects:
- Instantly grants P status (Council Protection), which means:
- no attacks, not even counters, possible on you for 48 hours or until you move one turn.
- dispelling of all your enchantments
- main page will show a message 'You are under protection of the Council'.
- the ranklists displays your P status, otherwise only seen for troopless mages that dropped below 1500 acres.
- Has no effect during Arma (The protection symbol (P) is there but you can still be attacked)
usage
- Use it at the end of spending turns, including attacks...
- Be sure not to spend any other turn too soon after using it!
