The Satchel of Mist cloaks the battlefield with mist, reducing the accuracy of both the attacker and the defender by 10 percent. Area of Effect: all units, all enemy units

Effects
Reduces the accuracy of all units on both sides by 10%.
Very good when combined with Fog Cloud or Blinding Flash.
LA skill decreases the amount of accuracy penalty for the one who uses the item rather than increasing the accuracy penalty of the opponent. (Unconfimred)
