Extra Attacks cannot be affected or changed in any way, with the notable exceptions of the item Ash of Invisibility (sets initiative to 6) and item Web of the Spiderwoman (which deducts 1 from Initiative). Thus any spells, items or heros used to increase or decrease units AP or Accuracy will not affect an Extra Attack. A blessing or a curse depending on the situation.
Extra Attacks do not trigger a counter-attack from enemy units and therefor do not cause Fatigue.
