Crusaders are soldiers gathered under a holy cause, and fight to protect the world from invading evil. Unlike a knight, crusaders do not ride a horse. They are elite phalanx - nearly twice as powerful as ordinary phalanx for double the cost. The cross is the symbol of the crusaders, and victory against evil is what they seek.
