It smells like some kind of alcoholic drink but bubbles keep floating up from the bottom of the wine. It is believed to be the result of an unsuccessful spell casting by an unknown mage. No one knows the recipe of it, but bottles of bubble wine are being brewed somewhere. It is known that those who drink this wine can become a lot tougher and hit a little harder. Effects
All your units gain 20% to their Primary Attack and Counter Attack, and 30% to their Health Points. No Accuracy decrease.
Note by Vipriel: The above is no longer correct on the Blitz server and the item was nerfed at the beginning of the set starting Jun 3 2010.
Quote by Azroen: "Bubble wine is a 10% boost to AP, except on Arch and Archwar servers in which it is 20%. Then LA modifies that."
The HP increase does not appear to have been nerfed and still gives 30%. Also, LA skill only appears to increase the AP of the item, the 30% HP increase remains static. This is a good item for defense but Potion of Valor is a better item in terms of increasing your AP (although it too has been nerfed by 33%).
