It appears to be a normal instrument, but when you play it, it gives off such a beautiful melody that everyone nearby stops what they are doing to listen to the music. Your enemies can do nothing but listen to the music, thus weakening their attack.

Effects
- All enemy units have the AP of their Primary, Extra, and Counter reduced by 10% of their base value
- Note that this reduction in AP is to BASE VALUES, and thus, it will not affect Treefolk or Animals as much as other units because of the massive boost granted to them by enchantments like Plant Growth and Enlarge Animal
- There is no upkeep
