Long hours of hard study and work at a desk have made the engineer unimposing, but that is to be expected of those who do not take the battlefield. The engineer is faced with the most daunting task of all: the construction of cities. Their expertise serves them well, however, and they innovate ways to build entire blocks of a city rapidly.

Abilities
Passive: Building (Obtained at level 9)
- Building rate is increased by 6% + 3% per skill level
Added 11/27/23: Formula as follows
Farms: y = 1.zz*(x+1)/5 where y is the target number of farms to build per turn and zz is the percent gain based on the engineers ability and x is the number of workshops built.
So if the target is 100 farms per turn and the engineer is lvl 17, then the engineer benefit is 33% (6+3*9) and the formula is as follows:
100 = 1.33*(x+1)/5... 75.19 = (x+1)/5..... 375.94 = x+ 1..... x = 374.94.... build 375 workshops to make 100 farms per turn
