Pixies are known for guile and charm, sprinkling magical dust upon the unwilling in order to lower their defenses and take what they wish.

Effects
Pixie Dust reduces the Resistance of all enemy units by 20% / number of stacks. A single stack's resistance will be reduced by 20%, whereas if the enemy has 10 stacks it will reduce each by 2%.
Pixie Dust is especially useful vs mono stacks.
