This altar gives off a rank, bloody smell and is drenched with deep red blood. You can even see chunks of meat, guts, hearts, and livers all lying on the altar. A deep voice in your heart tells you to sacrifice an innocent to the Altar of Blood... as you do, you feel the energy of the altar beginning to flow into your body.

Effects
Gain 5,000 MP per turn at a cost of 5,000 population per turn. Interesting to note that if pop is insufficient to support the cost, it will not be lost and the holder will continue to receive 5,000 MP per turn. (Source: Trojan)
-apparently the affects have been halved +2500MP -2500POP.. (assuming in the ultimate servers only where half mp upkeep have been implemented)
-ok, ive done some calculations and its quite disappointing, the mp income is halved (+2500MP) while the pop income is still the same (-5000POP) That's actually not disappointing if you're white or green. Just the natural colours you'd think might use this (black/red) would find this disappointin, since they'll almost certainly start spiralling.
