Effects

• Grants the user 30,000 - 70,000 mana
• The mana is granted after turn upkeep is taken
  • For this reason, if a mage is one turn away from mana-crashing, and uses a Mana Crystal, they will still crash due to the turn's upkeep being deducted before the mana is granted
