This piece of blue ice crystal has the shape of a curved dagger. It is so cold to the touch that no ordinary human can wield it. The blade emits a freezing aura that turns the nearby temperature below zero degree. Water will turn into ice. All creatures will have difficulty fighting in such environment, except those akin to cold, who will be magically empowered by the crystal. Any creature struck by the dagger will be frozen. As a side effect, the crystal drains magic energy from the wielder.
