Description
Mind Rippers are six feet tall humanoids with an octopus head. There are four tentacles around their mouths. They have four reddish fingers on each of their hands, and hideous mauve skin. They feed on the brains of creatures. In addition, they possess great arcane power. Their favorite attack type is the psychic Mind Blast, which does direct damage to others' minds. When forced into melee, they can attack with their four tentacles and attempt to suck the brains out of their opponents. They are also known to possess many different kinds of psychic powers.

Notes
- Highly effective when used in conjunction with Monkey Brains.
- Should not be used against stacks that possess strong poison attacks, and/or psychic resistances. These units include, but are not limited to the
Treant, Leviathan and Horned Demon.
- Edit: Monkey Brains only gives a relatively small boost to MR, doubling their smaller primary attack
- Edit to above: although Monkey Brains "only" doubles their primary attack, that attack is 1/3rd their total output. So they go from 12,000 damage to 16,000. A sizeable increase, especially when you consider that Monkey Brains are usually very cheap.
- While they don't look to be as damaging as some of the other units with their 10.4 damage:net power ratio, it must be remembered that magic and psychic receive 100% efficiency while other types of attacks are 20-80% efficient. So at the least they are 20% more powerful than a non-psychic/magic attack. And with their 3 initiative on both attacks as well as high resists, it is a very powerful unit.
- Since this unit is undisbandable and summons in very large numbers for Blue, it is easily possible to reach a population spiral and be required to send them on suicide attacks to disband them.
-They are by far the most population-intensive unit in the game, being almost double the cost of the highest nether units.
