Effects

• Grants the user a variable amount of acreage; the acreage given is granted in the form of Wilderness
• It is possible that the Compass will grant in excess of 200 acres (3.5k land) or less than 100 (6.5k+ land), with diminishing returns at higher land
• Magical Compass cannot be pillaged and sells on the Black Market in 30 minutes like other Lesser Items
• You can only have three of the Compasses in your inventory at any one time; if your Guilds generate a fourth, it is automatically put for sale on the Black Market
• 25% chance of being destroyed by the Destroy Artifacts spell
