• Destroys 6,000-18,000 of target mage's mana
• Destroys excess mana if target currently has more than max mana capacity.

i.e. A mage with 1,500,000/1,200,000 mana would lose 300,000 mana if hit by Mana Vortex

• Destroys 3,000-9,000 of target mage's mana
• Destroys excess mana if target currently has more than max mana capacity.
