Researching (Obtained at level 9):

• Reduces research cost of each spell by 6% + 3% per skill level

Skill Lore (Obtained at level 12):

• Increases the skill points generated by your guilds by 2% + 1% per skill level
• Decreases item generation by 1% + 0.5% per skill level

Spell Lore (Obtained at level 16):

• Reduces casting cost of each spell by 2% + 1% per skill level
