• The enchantment (at eradication full spell level) removes a number of buildings that roughly equals 2% of your total land each turn over many turns,
  • but because of rounding-effects in the calculation for each of the 8 type of units, it fluctuates a little bit each turn:
  • total number of buildings destroyed: (2% of total land) +/- [0 to 7]

real formula is something difficult with also %of wilderness (that increases) into the equation
