This ring is made from moose bones and is enchanted with magic. When worn on the finger of a mage, it can be used to wield control over a herd of animals, rendering them helpless and unable to move, therefore making them unable to attack. Area of Effect: all units, all enemy units.

Effects
- Increases the Primary, Extra and Counter AP of all friendly animal units by 100%
- Reduces the Primary, Extra and Counter AP of all enemy animal units by 100%
- On the Arch Server, both the increase and reduction only affect Primary and Counter AP, not Extra AP
- Both the increase and reduction affect units' base AP values, and thus it will appear as the Ring of Animal Command is less effective than it is on paper due to massive boosts to base AP values from Enlarge Animal and other enchantments that boost Animals
