Long hours of hard study and work at a desk have made the engineer rather weak physically, but all the time he has spent is not in vain. The engineer is faced with the most taunting task of anyone, the construction of an entire city. However, the skills of the engineer allow him to direct this task in the most efficient of ways thereby allowing the buildings to be constructed at a much more rapid rate.
