This skill will increase the effectiveness of your items. Higher levels give a bigger boost.
Effects
- Level 1-5 : + 2% effectiveness
- Level 6-10 : + 4% effectiveness
- Level 11-15 : + 6% effectiveness
- Level 16-20 : + 8% effectiveness
Bonuses
- Increases chance item will penetrate enemy barriers. Exact numbers unknown.
