This Unit Ability is of importance for the order in which stacks appear in a battle, which in turn determines how stacks are paired to their opponents. Also Flying units cannot be countered, except by units of Ranged attack type and by other units with Flying.
- Spell Flight makes one random stack fly (the spell can hit an already flying stack)
- Item Carpet of Flying makes your whole army fly.
- Spell Gravity Pull makes all non ultimate flyers crash on the ground
- Spell Call Hurricane makes most flyers crash to the ground, including Phoenixes. But Red Dragons usually resist this Call Hurricane.
- Item Carpet of Flying works AFTER the spell casting (if it goes through barriers).
