Effects

Pixie Dust reduces the Damage Resistance of all enemy units by 20% / number of stacks. A single stack's damage resistance will be reduced by 20%, whereas if the enemy has 10 stacks it will reduce each by 2%.

Pixie Dust is especially useful vs mono stacks.
