Effects
Increases Attack Power of ALL attacks of ALL friendly Animal units by 100%
- The effect is calculated from unmodified base attack power, and will add linearly to other attack power modifications (in otherwords, if a unit's base AP is 8,000 and you have a 10% increase from level 10 Legendary Commander (making 8,800 AP total), this item will not boost the already boosted AP, but rather will only boost the base AP, adding 8,000 AP for a final total of 16,800 (instead of 17,600)).
Decreases Attack Power of ALL attacks of ALL enemy Animal units by 100%
- The effect is calculated from unmodified base attack power, and will subtract linearly with other attack power modifications (in otherwords, if a unit's base AP is 8,000 and your opponent has a 10% increase from level 10 Legendary Commander (making 8,800 AP total), this item will not reduce the boosted AP, but rather will only reduce the base AP, subtracting 8,000 AP for a final total of 800 (instead of 0)).
